You are in charge of how much and how little you want to eat, just help yourself down to our gourmet buffet bar and upon sitting back down, just turn your disc to green to let our Passadores know you are ready for a great selection of Brazilian cooked meats from the grill straight to you table side!
 

How do you like your meat cooked?

We can cook it exactly to your preference so don’t worry if you like more well done or even rarer than rare! And when you’re ready for a break just turn your cards to red to signal our Passadores to wait a while and start back up as you as soon you want to.
